WHAT WE BELIEVE IN

We place great emphasis on values and appropriate attitudes. The values conveyed by our workforce are important for our reputation. A firmly entrenched value base is crucial for our ability to move together towards the future and our vision.
Our base values will be reflected in everything we say and do, and we place great emphasis on our employees being familiar with our history and core business.

Cheese has always been our most important raw material. So it is not unnatural that our central resources and values can be summed up in OST - three letters which spell out the Norwegian word for cheese:

Our form of ownership will act as a consumer guarantee, which ensures for all time that funds from our commercial operations are returned to the community.
